Check-in for guests is available from 2pm, and check-out for guests must be prior to 11am. We invite guests to make use of our self check-in kiosks which are available for check-in and check-out purposes, 24 hours.

If you need to make and changes or cancel your reservation and have booked via a third party website, please contact the customer service contact phone or email of said website. The third party will then contact the Hotel to see if the cancellation or amendment can be approved. Please make sure you read the terms and conditions carefully before booking, as certain packages and rates can not be amended, cancelled or refunded. We encourage you to sign up to our Loyalty program, Accor Live Limitless and book via direct channels for more flexibility and best offers.

Yes, there is accessible ramps and elevators available for all guests. When making a reservation, please check with our team if there is an accessible room available, if required.

Yes, limited onsite parking is available (access via Margaret Street). Cost is $50 per vehicle, overnight charge, per day (multiple entries and exits). The car park has a height restriction of 1.9m.

If car park is full, external car parking is available at Secure Parking, 204 Kent Street, Sydney. Prices available on their website and managed separately to the hotel.
